Upgrade Gentoo and now kodi 22 segfaults

I was using python 3.12 and I wanted to switch to python 3.13. I am using the gentoo repo for kodi git. I had issues with getting it built but I resolved this with using -optical as a flag. The problem I have now is that when I start Kodi I get a segfault and a core dump.
