Despite cargo-c having:

=dev-libs/libgit2-1.8*:=

libgit2 still gets updated to 1.9 when using the binhost with -UDuavg arguments. I know when using binary packages, bdeps are ignored, but this is an RDEP, isn't it?

EDIT: just went and downgraded libgit2 and now when I run the update with bdeps it doesn't want to update libgit2 and without bdeps it does. Is this binding rdep being ignored?
