when i try to emerge tiff i get this error:

i have tried to for three days now, resynced every day, still the same problem. |

I did search,
A search for tiff-3.7.3.ebuild gets me 227 hits. A search for the SHA256 "3697a051dd64fbfb2c05971bd04089c35ff202461287ed7c9663d12c0397aecb" got me 0 hits. and so on. plese show me what to search for to find the answer.

Just an FYI. This has been happening to me all morning. I did a emerge --sync first thing this morning (I have'nt done one in a while). Then emerge -uDva world. About every other package is failing with the same reason.

I every once in a while I'll do a sync and then I'll be able to emerge the package that failed earlier...

Like I said, emerge --sync and it goes thru. (meaning tiff this time) |

Looks like maybe some updates are being pushed across the mirrors. Don't take my word on it. But when I sync and the emerge works, the only files that are sync'd are the files in the packages that failed the digest previously.
