where is the FEATURES? at?

I have installed samba and ldap and now I can not emerge anything..

emerge portage

yeah I removed kerberos yesterday trying to narrow down what the problem might be and that fixed it.. any idea why it does not work with kerberos?

I am still having this problem

I re-compiled my compiler and added a few things like "gcj objc objc++ objc-gc" this did nothing for me :/

do you guys have any ideas on my problem? I can't even get openldap to compile I get an error I made a post about it but no one seems to have a clue..

what can I do to see if my video capture card is detected? Also do I need to do anything in my kernel for this thing to work?

well that got me past that now I just have the problem with the VIDEO_CARDS="nvidia" option since my kde blocks out the nvidia drivers.

the thing to check here is these settings and compare them to the page..

I fixed it by re-emergeing libtool but I decided to go ahead and start over since I had the wrong make.conf that way I don't run into problems.

OK man........... This is the THRID time to re-install Gentoo over this issue...

I have one three re-installs. I get my system up and running fine from the life cd with a stage two or stage three install either way..

I start to emerge "world" or "system" and I get this problem when emerging sys ...

basicly what I had to do is just completely re-install with a fresh install

well here is the deal this new kde blocks all the packages..

How do I get the 3d to work I can't even load a 3d screen saver with out lag.. This new KDE will not let me emerge ati-drivers so how do I get this going?
