Where do you report overlay bugs?

As it says in the overly user guide different overlays have different means of contacting them. You can use layman to get information on the overlay, e.g.:

Layman itself is an official Portage package, hence you can post bugs for it at https://bugs.gentoo.org/.

mozilla overlay works for me... Maybe just remove it and re-add?
