Hi all,
I installed the kde4.3 meta package alongside with my kde3.10 but I cannot get the 4.3 to work.
All 4.3 applications crashes on exit saying Signal 8:(Floating point exception).
I dont know what to do because I really want to try out 4.3
Any suggestions?

First of all emerge --info and see whether you don't have -ffast-math, -O3 or other unsafe flags.

Seems fine, your emerge --info is missing first (maybe the most important line) - compiler, profile, glibc..
Do you have some strange notices in dmesg? (maybe preceding that fpe)
