MySQL 4.0 to 4.1 upgrade

There is apparently a magical documents somewhere that explains step by step how to do this upgrade, w/o destroying your databases. Could someone please point it to me... or vice versa rather?

Not sure how magical it is - there was a little more pain involved when I did it, but it got upgraded in the end.

Just make sure you have a good backup...
