GnomeICU Startup Error

I installed GnomeICU-CVS with the ebuild from www.breakmygentoo.net
Everytime i try to start GnomeICU i get the error:

i had the exact same error
after around 5 awkward hours of playing around and investigating i found this post @ the support-list of gnome-icu, which solved my problem at all

if it wont work: switch to another client or just downgrade

I updated the ebuild and submitted it to bugs.breakmygentoo.net.
It should work now.
