don't install gawk-3.1.2

I had big problems with this ebuild:

Does anyone else noticed these problems?

yes, i've had those problems with 3.1.2. And rebuilding baselayout doesn't fix it because that filefuncs.so library won't compile with the new version of gawk. Note that baselayout doesn't give any errors about that lib not compiling, it just doesn't show up. re-emerging gawk 3.1.1-r1 and then baselayout fixes it though.
