Hi!
After updating the whole system incl. etc-update I can't use the Alt Gr button or Ctrl+Alt anymore. (hope it's called Alt in English, too (left to the space bar ))
The /etc/rc.conf and /etc/X11/XF86config are okay (same as on the not-yet-updatet computer). Apart from X the keyboard works fine. The german keyboard layout still works fine in X, but without these keys. Same in all WM + KDE. |

I had something similar.
Have a look at :
Code: |
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/xkbcomp
|
If its length is zero, then copy the one from:
It cured my problem of not be able to switch VTs (Cntrl/Alt - Fn). |
