I've just emerged k3b-0.11.17 and I need to run k3bsetup, both # and $ don't have k3bsetup? What gives? |

it is in the k3b program itself... run k3b and it should let you run the k3bsetup from a warning message it gives you about setting the cdrecord superuser flag, which is what i am assuming you want to do. if it does not give the message you can find the k3bsetup option under the settings menu. _________________ KajiShinigami |

k3bsetup is part of kdebase so you need to set your USE flag to "kde" and then reemerge k3b again. Doing this will emerge kdebase and then recompile k3b to add k3bsetup into it. |
