KDM fails to start at boot (when using DHCP)

I just set up dynamic dns (through dhcpd and named) for my home network. I changed my laptop's net.eth1 (wireless) to use dhcp and everything works as expected, except now kdm doesn't automatically start up at boot (left at a console login). If I revert to static ip it starts as normal.

Any ideas?

OK, it seems to have resolved itself, and I'm not sure why .
