Bonjour à tous,
Soucieux d'entrer dans le monde gentoo  j'ai essayé d"installer la distrib 2004 sur mon portable P3.
J'ai suivi le handbook qui est très complet mais je plante au niveau du "emerge system"
J'obtiens: "could'nt download iputils-ss020927-try.tar.bz2"
En regardant sur les mirroirs choisis, effectivement ce fichier n'existe pas mais celui ci existe: iputils-ss021109-try.tar.bz2 et celui-ci aussi: iputils-ss020927.tar.gz
Comment faire pour continuer l'installation ?

Je ne comprende pas le fichier doit etre iputils-ss020927.tar.bz2 mais portage veux faire le download de le fichier iputils-ss020927-try.tar.bz2 . Tu peux moi donne l'output de

Mais tu as lance seulement emerge sync et maintenant il donne quel erreur?

je viens de reinstaller, cette fois j'ai l'erreur a la fin du emerge sync, plus possible de lancer emerge apres cela
ma premiere experience dans le monde gentoo commence mal, mais je m'accroche |

Le probleme c'est un bug. Pour fixe cette bug edite le fichier /usr/lib/portage/pym/portage.py (portage 2.0.50-r3) et a la ligne 3029 change
avec

bon, j'ai relancé l'install en stage3 pour voir
sur un forum , on m'a conseillé ceci:
