|
|
Hello,
I am currently running Gentoo(1.4) with a 2.4.20 kernel.
After tweaking with my fstab, I made a error which doesnt allow me to startup normaly. It gives me an error, and it allows me to access my files using my root password, but only with a read-only filesystem, so I can't fix my fstab. I tried mounting my partition using the LIVE CD, be it seems the kernel that the LIVE CD is using doesn't support the reiserf filesystem.
So, what can I do now? I don't have a bootdisk, and i'm out of ideas.
Thanks in advance! |

You can try to remount the filesystem read/write using
Code: | mount -o remount,rw /dev/hdax |
At least I think that's the right syntax. |
