I have done trying re-emerge, rc-update del etc..etc..nothing works, i this do to an install error that i did make, i'm just wondering if there any way to fix this. |

Did you unmerge dcron?
If you did, take a look at /var/cache/edb/virtuals. Maybe something went wrong and you have to edit it (try commenting out the cron line for example). _________________ The computer can't tell you the emotional story. It can give you the exact mathematical design, but what's missing is the eyebrows.

This is what the .../virtual contanis for this. I did try to change dcron to vcron, but that didn't change anything... |

Just comment it out and emerge vrcon and you should have this new line:

tomk pointed out that there are a lot of people having issues with this. The official solution thread is here: Minor service dependancy annoyance... Please post there for further assistance on this topic.
