Whatever happend to that crappy software, firstly mozilla was opening on every start up together with 5 "Select your Mozilla Profile" windows, all of them had a disfunctional "select profile" button. Root folder opening on every start up. Sometimes when i typed command "reboot" in xterm, the commandline would repeat it self
mydomain #
mydomain #
mydomain #
mydomain #
mydomain #
mydomain #
mydomain #
mydomain #

forever, even if i shut the window, followed by quick death restart
And in the end when MozillaFirebird decided to go on strike, I can honestly say to Gnome developers, you have a lot of code to fix! No matter how much I love the Gnome interface, it is disfunctional now.

Well seen as Gnome don't develop Mozilla I fail to see how its their fault. And the other bug you described is either a bug in the reboot script or your shell.
If you don't want Mozilla to start when you enter gnome, make sure you close it when you logout.

guys, I always close mozilla before i log out, running mozilla on start up wouldnt be such a trouble if there wasnt 5 "Select your Profile" windows coming with it

close everything, logout and 'rm ~/.gnome2/session' and log back in.

look in .mozilla directory and find your profile you can delete the lock file and your mozilla problem will be fixed.
