@rel

download the patch. Then (as root) do the following:

cd /usr/src/linux
patch -p1 -i /path/to/patch

then recompile.

I'm very happy - I've just patched this love with the win4lin patches - a few rejects which I fixed by hand...now win4lin runs perfectly.

It may not seem much to you Steel & co. but this is the first proper patching I've ever done and I'm happy as larry

Anyway, just wanted to share my newfound ability

We all have to start somewhere...

PS It doesn't work with the next love, something in 2.6.6-rc2-mm1 is stopping the compiling - I'm working on it - hurrah for truly having your own kernel...

Hey man what happened to the packet-cd writing patches? Man I had really started to rely on those and use them with Unison to backup my stuff to CDRs. Any chance of having them in 2.6.6-love1?

Well well, another love-sources

Looks like I got some updating to do, this general config file I'm testin atm steel seems to be solid as a rock, gunna see if we can possibly get some other nforce users to test it out and see how it goes
