I think actually the question is: under plasma kde, which software is in charge to update the user cache ?

Someone can help me? I still need help to solve that bug. I can provide you more information if you have ideas. Like logs or result of some commands. It's just I don't know which one you need.

I finally find the problem guys. I forgot for my bash package to generate the default /etc/shells file, that make plasma to refuse the access of the user list
