[SEMI-solved] Old Dropbox??

  • Quote

Post by heikkikk » Sat Oct 05, 2019 7:42 am

Hello.
I just installed
gnome-extra/nautilus-dropbox
and
net-misc/dropbox

It brings me two dropbox icons to the programs menu in Gnome.

one is doing nothing that i can see and the other is opening a dropbox homepage
and when i log in on the dropbox homepage, it says i have an old version of dropbox and i need to download a new one...
Any ideas??

I do not have it installed right now, so I can not test it. You can try to use stable version 48.3.56 or test first what the (error)-output of dropbox-commands from the command line is.

Maybe this helps also:

Code: Select all

grep "DROPBOX_USERS" /etc/conf.d/dropbox
dropbox start
