I have been using Gentoo Linux since 2006 and I had no problems (on x86 platforms) till now. I have recently installed Gentoo on SPARC Niagara T2 system (Netra T5220). Today I tried to reinstall sys-devel/make-4.2.1-r4 but it failed on this line:
