These days I've been trying to update my neglected Gentoo system.
I ran emerge -uDNv --backtrack=50 --with-bdeps=y --keep-going @world, it failed on x11-libs/libXrandr.
Before that, I had many problems with xorg-proto, but tinkering with many of the packages (`emerge -C` and `emerge -1`), I managed somehow to run emerge @world.
Any ideas?
