Hi. Today I tried to to upgrade my system and apparently the whole process stops when emerging ffmpeg-0.7.1. Any help is appreciated

I had the same ffmpeg-0.7.1 problem with the following x264 version:
| Code: | | [ebuild R ] media-libs/x264-0.0.20101029 USE="threads -debug -pic" 0 kB |
Then I upgrade it to 20110406 and ffmpeg emerged OK. |

| OP: if that works for you, please file a bug to have the dependency fixed in the ebuild. |
