Automated method for deleting old distfiles? [SOLVED]

I'm running out of room on my laptop and was looking for things to delete. Distfiles that have been long superceded look like good candidates.

Of course, I can pick through them and delete. But, I was wondering if there was some automated method that I could invoke (or should have been using) that would clear those out automatically?
