Alternative for gmrun that can handle "LC_MESSAGE=..."

Hi, i search for an alternative for gmrun, cause gmrun can't handle this f.e:
"LC_MESSAGE=de_DE.utf8 gajim"

does anyone have a idea?

I use OpenBox but i never use the menu i think win+r is faster

The reason for this is, i have a complete German System but i wan't to have systemmessages in english. So i have LC_MESSAGE=en_US.utf8 in my /etc/env.d/02locale. But i wan't to start the programs like gajim to keep german and GDM_LANG=de_DE.utf8 didn't help. So maybe someone has a better solution.
