non working ccache? [solved]

it seems ccache stopped collect global emerging cache for some reason..
my opinion is that it stopped after latest portage upgrading..
tried to unmerge ccache and delete all its stuf in /var/tmp/ccache aswell as # ~/.ccache and than merge it again but no go

emerge --info

ehm, I have same portage and ccache version and it works fine...

are you sure that you looked into the right places?
Have you tried this?
# CCACHE_DIR="/var/tmp/ccache" ccache -s
to look if it really stopped working?
