Hey all, I just upgraded shorewall and in the message after there was a suggestion to install shorewall-init to protect the boot sequence. Sounds good to me! But how does one configure it? There is minimal information that I can find on the web about Gentoo and shorewall-init. Or maybe I don't have to do anything after I install it (other than the usual 'rc-update add shorewall-init boot')...? TIA.

Ok so, after reading a bit of non-Gentoo sources. It seems that all you have to do to initialize is put 'PRODUCTS="shorewall"' in the /etc/conf.d/shorewall-init file. At least, I did that and it no longer throws an error during the boot sequence. Not sure if it's configured properly beyond that. Maybe someone more experienced than me can chime in...
