Hello i know that my CD-R drive is working because i installed various other linux distros on my pc but whenever i try to boot my gentoo installations-cd then im getting the
following output:

BOOT Failure
Press any key to continue..

this happens on my laptop too and its a newer laptop !
Installation medias i already used:

amd64 - install-cd
ia64 - iso


Q:How can i boot my gentoo installations cd without getting BOOT Failure ?

i would appreciate help :).

marvin ... not sure as to the real problem here, but you might use sysrescuecd ... its gentoo based and so the handbook can be followed as though a standard *-minimal CD was used.
