i have now some work experience and can compare between the management attempts practiced on me in past. what did you experience at work and what did make you happy or sad.

Tell me what your expectations are. If you are incapable of that, you are unworthy to lead.

The type that doesn't fold like a cheap suit when project managers start asking for "additional" stuff.

That's what works with me. And what I am able to do at work with what I do. But don't make this a schablon for what works for everyone. I've had co-workers demanding to tell them what to do. They felt unhappy if not. So it's as always metrics...or something. ppl are diff otherperson.txt me.txt -q
Don't result in the output : equal.

i did not think of that. interesting idea. i see some attempt towards this at my work. but all i hear is kakafonic buzz so not really self organized. more like an unstable fission reactor.

also my original poll did have a last option that did not show up: pot smoking unemployed hippie.

It's called retirement, and it is good.

Very good.

As a matter of fact, I think it is frickin' groovy.

And, well earned.

Cheers, m8

I'll probably retire when I'm 80.
