Hi dear all,

After a download in Firefox, kdesvn is triggered when I right clpck on an download file and request for "opening file containing directory" [translated].
I don't remember why I installed kdesvn in the first place, but I'd rather like to avoid uninstalling it.

Desktop is LXDE, PCMANFM is my file manager, though I'm not sure it really matters.

How to recover the expected behavior?

Thanks for your attention.

.

Firefox likes to f*** up your mime associations...
Open firefox preferences -> applications, then IMHO it should be something like "file" or "inode" that has kdesvn set as application. Just delete the association.
I had similar issues quite some time back. firefox opened every file with dolphin, as it was set for file/inode.

Hi,

I'm about to check as suggested but transmission-gtk behave identically ...
I've possibly messed things up a long time ago ...probably.

EDIT:kdesvn removal did the trick, will report bug if reoccurs in a future re install.

Thanks for attention, interest and support.
