nautilus position in 3.10

Hi, I have a really strange problem with nautilus updating from 3.8 to 3.10. It's impossible to move the window near the panel without maximize. In the screenshot you can see the position where the windows is "locked", moving up maximize the window. I created a new user and have the same problem. Nautilus bug? Decoration bug?

I have the same problem, and it's not only with nautilus, it happens with any app that uses client side decorations, for example gnome-system-monitor or gnome-weather.
