Moved keys in russian layout in xkeyboard-config-2.11

I wonder who is a friendly upstream for xkeyboard-config-2.11 that shifted some keys around in russian phonetic layout ?

xkeyboard-config development is mostly done by Sergey Udaltsov. See if the problem still exists when you the live ebuild from the x11 overlay. If yes, you can report a bug at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ (if no report already exists), the maintainer is usually very responsive.
