I previously had installed the matplotilb library (also numpy and scipy) via python's own pip with no problems, that is, my python script was executed and the plots are shown as expected. In another computer I installed matplotlib (and also numpy and scipy) via emerge and now the plots are not displayed. The script suns fine and no errors are displayed but now the plots are not shown.
Running python 3.6.10. In both cases, python came preinstalled when I compiled gentoo into the machines. I have executed my script in the terminal and even in the python environment. I also tried to execute the script as the superuser (root), with no success. Obviously something is wrong when installing those libraries by myself (by emerging them, not by pip), but I don't know what.

| Please show the output of emerge --verbose --info dev-lang/python dev-python/matplotlib dev-python/numpy sci-libs/scipy. Also, please show how your script loads these packages. I find it suspicious that it could fail and yet display no errors. |

The important thing, If it really matters, is that the plot calls are inside a function that is named "graficar()". But I don't really think that is an issue (because it works in the other scenarios as stated). I even run this very same script in windows with base python (not Anaconda or Intels or any other distribution. I have python "base" directly from Python.org), if that helps. |
