Anybody know how to activate the old classic internal screensaver on the X server? I mean the one that runs server side, and displays the dancing X logo. I can get it to turn off the display, but not show the pattern.

EDIT: If I start the server with
Code:
X -v
then I get the root weave pattern, but I'm looking for the black background, logo in random position, behaviour.

EDIT2: Oh, weird! The root weave pattern moves! Ok, this is usable, I guess. Anyone know if it's possible to change the pattern to something else, server-side?

The only Distro Ive found it was in puppy Wary 5.5..

To activate it you click on menu/desktop/pupX set properties of X/Screensaver/CHECK box "Enable screen saver" and I have the delay and Cycle set to 30 seconds, UNCHECK box "blank screen rather than display a pattern" and CKECK box "Allow exposures" and you should see the X server symbol in big and small sizes. I have pictures they are here http://www.use.com/2014_06_16_236_46be1d261244a889d66b
