Hi,

I want to give an full access of some files under my host in web based form (I think ftp)
But I want also A web interface for it (I think an web-based ftp client on localhost; apache or other)

There is something to do this ?

Yep. It's called a web server. No need for FTP nor anything fancy unless you want it. Just serve the directory where the files are.

use sftp via ssh to upload files to the web interface. sftp is more secure, ftps uses ftp sftp uses ssh. what desktop environment do you use? in xfce4 & gnome gvfs handles sftp and works like sftp://root@thecpamatrix.com asks for passwords or if you install ssh keys just lets you in. also files need to be readable by the web server or they will not be served. chmod 644 file will make them serviceable.

sftp reminds me of windows box shared to another windows box only its globally applicable & can use ip addresses instead of dns names.
