can login to KDE but it doesn't start!

Hello ,

after an update I can login to KDE ,it shows the initial loading screen but it hangs and KDE never starts.

I have fluxbox installed and it can start normally.

I cheked various solutions like https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-840393.html but it doesn't work.

My default manager is xdm.

Also, I can't have internet access through terminal and I may neede it for my problem.

I am trying /etc/init.d/NetworkManager start (or restart) and it says it is already started but I don't have internet.
Note ,that in order to have internet access (wired) I have to check from the network manager the connection and then it gets configured and I have internet.

How can i overcome this in terminal?
