Hello, Gentoo Community!

I have a problem, I made a chroot, I installed on it an KDE environment, and when I start it (`startx`), my touchpad and keyboard (+mouse) are freeze.
The background system works, I tested the SSH with my phone, and I suppose this is the problem.

Here is the /var/log/Xorg.0.log
Code:

It seems that the touchpad, keyboard and mouse is loaded, but I don't know why them don't work.
Thanks for reading!

Just a shot in the dark but are the devices for keyboard and mouse are in /dev in the chroot?

Erm... I don't see in `/dev` any `keyboard` or `mouse` name. I think this can be the problem.
I talk with someone, and he said to me that the problem can be with the devices, that them aren't wrote in some list.
If them aren't mounted in `/dev`, how can I do it?

The devices aren't necessarily named keyboard or mouse, but you should do as you do on every Gentoo install:
Code:

mount -o bind /dev /<path-to-chroot>/dev
mount -o bind /sys /<path-to-chroot>/sys
mount -t proc proc /<path-to-chroot>/proc

Afterwards you'll have dev, proc and sys like in your regular install (note: if you use this chroot as a kind of security sandbox this may lead to compromises as it would be possible to access your devices or info about e.g. processes via proc).
