[SOLVED] What happen when you Removal of mit-krb5? w LDAP

Dear All,

would need some advise.

I've removed mit-krb5 because of the need of samba4 on heimdal krb...

And than something when wrong.

AS long as my /etc/nssswitch.conf have a ldap options like

passwd: compat ldap

It will crash when accessing it
even it is only getent passwd

The crash is something like
in /var/log/message
localhost kernel: traps: getent[29206] general protection ip:7f573cac09f8 sp:ac8025c2347e0f0d error:0 in ld-2.16.so[7f573caaa000+21000]

Anyone have any idea on this issue?

Problem found.

It seem to be a bugs on glibc related to nss_ldap.

solution is just to update to nss_ldap-265-r2 which is still mask.
