I have a Dell Poweredge R820 server which is running Gentoo. This machine is running Xen version 4.2.0. Under heavy load (processor and disk access) the reiserfs file system causes the kernel to crash. Below I have attached the stack trace. I've tried two kernel versions (3.7.10-gentoo-r1 and linux-3.12.1), they both suffer from the same problem.

Might want to reiserfsck the partitions just to make sure it's still consistent.
Else you may have to mail to the linux kernel mailing list. I'm not sure what the support of reiserfs is nowadays...
