|
|
I installed XBMC like this:
| Code: | Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild R ] media-tv/xbmc-12.2-r1 USE="X airplay alsa avahi bluetooth cec css goom opengl projectm rsxs rtmp samba sdl sftp sse sse2 udev upnp usb vaapi webserver xrandr (-altivec) -bluray -caps -debug -gles -java -joystick -midi -mysql (-neon) -nfs -profile -pulseaudio -pvr -vdpau" PYTHON_SINGLE_TARGET="python2_7 -python2_6" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7 -python2_6" 0 kB |
The tvshows are on my NAS in a structure like this:
| Code: | | /media/tvshows/{de,en}/Name of Show/Name of Show - [SxyExy] - Title of Episode.ext |
(tried SFTP, SMB, FTP to connect to the NAS, doesn't effect the behaviour described below)
Now, when I add one of the folders {de,en} as starting path, the files get identified and scanned (thetvdb.com), which works. When I open "TV Shows" in XBMC, it shows me the thumbs/banners of the corresponding show, but going into a show results in an empty listing. If, however, I go the "Videos->Files->Name of Source"-route, the files are all there and play without problems when told to.
In contrast, doing the same procedure to add sources in XBMC on Xbian on my Raspberry Pi yields the correct result.
I'm not having troubles with adding music or movies, didn't try pictures as of yet. Couldn't find a hint in the logs and starting with a fresh ~/.xbmc doesn't help.
So far I found only threads on Google, stating that something would be wrong with the naming of the files, but since the Rpi has no problem, I'm ruling that out.
It used to work with XBMC 10/11, so I don't know what's up. I'd suspect one of the Gentoo patches, but from their names I'm not convinced one of them is the problem.
Solutions?
Edit: The problem is with SQlite 3.8.1, downgrading it - I tried 3.7.17 - brings the functionality back. Bug is filed https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=492644 and seems to be related to this one http://www.sqlite.org/src/vinfo/9aac4e588c?sbs=0 _________________ ++++++++++[>+++++++>++++++++++>+++>+<<<<-]>++.>+.+++++++..+++.>++.<<+++++++++++++++.>.+++.------.--------.>+.>. |
