|
|
In Xfce4, I'm able to extend the desktop across both monitors, instead of cloning it.
I'd like to have a similar setup on boot, e.g. Instead of having one tty being cloned on the second display, I'd like to have two different ttys, one on each display.
When pressing ALT+LEFT, the tty on the right display would move to the left display.
radeon microcode is emerged and loads at boot, as a module |

I don't think this exists yet, you'll have to post on LKML as a feature request.
If you get into X11 fast enough I don't see much of a point in it, pretty much with fast video accelerators these days, text mode is only for when you need to debug X11 if you have two monitors... _________________ Intel Core i7 2700K/Radeon R7 250/24GB DDR3/256GB SSD
