Tried to run a program and got this:
root@go:/opt/synology/SynologyAssistant# ./SynologyAssistant
./SynologyAssistant.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libfreetype.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Although it doesn't appear so there is no 32 bit libfreetype. I symlinked the lib64 libfreetype and the program would not run.
I need a setup that will run 32 bit programs.
Anyone know of a howto or know what I should do to get this?
Thanks,
Gene

/usr/lib32/libfreetype.so belongs to app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-xlibs. _________________ Important German:- "Aha" - German reaction to pretend that you are really interested while giving no f*ck.

Yes I am sure it does. However the solution was contained here :https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-953900-start-0.html. |
