cant hear sound in zopier during calls

Hi!!!!!

im trynig to set up zoiper, so i can work from home.
i input all the info provided by the guys at work, it registers.
i can call, and the person on the other side of the line can hear me just fine
but i cant hear them back.

the sound test works, the device is selected correctly. i have no idea whats going on...

im using zopier 3.0 64bit binray from the zoiper website, and im conecting to the sip server trough a VPN (that is working)

using yate, i can hear the other person, so i know is not network related (might be network configuration in zoiper related)

any ideas?
