This command works fine at the lxterminal
Code:
xautolock -time 1 -locker "sudo pm-suspend" &

But I couldn't manage to get it automatically running when the user logs in.

I tried many things. The last thing I tried was:

Code:
GNU nano 2.3.2        File: /home/ahmet/.config/autostart/.desktop

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Name= AutoSuspend
Comment=Starts timer for auto suspending
Exec=lxterminal --command xautolock -time 1 -locker "sudo pm-suspend" &
Terminal=true

My emerge --info is:
http://bpaste.net/show/142010/

I found this wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/LXDM and this line in that wiki:
Quote:
By default, LXDM doesn't read ~/.xinitrc but ~/.xprofile.
solved my problem.
I put the
Code:
xautolock -time 1 -locker "sudo pm-suspend" &
command in the
Code:
~/.xprofile
file. Now things work.
