I have been spending days on getting optimus running on my Dell XPS 15 (2012 Model). I have had it up to here. I am running bbswitch with bumblebee and nvidia-drivers-331.13 on kernel 3.10.7-gentoo-r1. The intel card is working great but once i hit an optirun glxgears i get the following

I have tried everything here...https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-959568-postdays-0-postorder-asc-start-0.html

Each time i create a xorg.conf get a display cant be found when starting X with .xinitrc. If use KDM and modify Xsetup with xrandr i get a flashing cursor.

I had everything working great with bumblebee and primus in debian but unfortunately I am out of energy and have finally forced myself to give in and post here...

If someone could point me in the right direction it will seriously make my week.

Thanks!

I think going to an older kernel would work. Just seems like I should be able to get it to work on my current kernel since it is stable. Any other thoughts?
