colord not showing up in dbus

I installed colord last night to get color profiles for my laptop. But it's not working.

When I check Server Manager in KDE Sysem Settings, colord is enabled, and running.

However, when I look in colord-kde or in colormgr, I get no devices, and looking through dbus, I have nothing colord-related listed there.

colormgr gives me the following error: No connection to colord: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.ColorManager: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildExited: Launch helper exited with unknown return code 1

I'm not sure how to get this working properly, and Google hasn't been helpful. Does anyone have suggestions?
