All USB ports on my computer appear dead when i have booted into my kernel. All USB ports work fine on the gentoo install CD, so I'm pretty sure there's something with my kernel config.

With 'appear dead' I mean that there is no sign of any devices inserted into my USB ports. For instance, inserting a USB pendrive, caused no changes in `dmesg` or `lsusb`. Also, it's not a hotplugging issue either, because `lsusb` shows no sign of any pendrive if I boot with the pendrive in the port.

My kernel .config:
http://bpaste.net/show/135264/

lsusb:
http://bpaste.net/show/135265/

dmesg:
http://bpaste.net/show/135266/

emerge --info:
http://bpaste.net/show/135267/

lspci -v:
http://bpaste.net/show/135268/

lspci:
http://bpaste.net/show/135269/

Any ideas? Is there anything obviously missing in the kernel config?

I've been trying to debug a bit more using `udevadm monitor`, and there is absolutely no changes or add/removes when usb devices are plugged or unplugged. However, a 'change'-event is triggered if I for instance unplug the power adapter.
