This message needs explaining:
Code:
!! Repository 'x-layman' is missing masters attribute in '/var/lib/layman/metadata/layout.conf'
!!! Set 'masters = gentoo' in this file for future compatibility
!!! Repository 'sunrise' is missing masters attribute in '/var/lib/layman/sunrise/metadata/layout.conf'
!!! Set 'masters = gentoo' in this file for future compatibility
!!! Repository 'lightscribe' is missing masters attribute in '/var/lib/layman/lightscribe/metadata/layout.conf'
!!! Set 'masters = gentoo' in this file for future compatibility

There is no folder 'metadata'; there IS file skel.metadata.xml. There is no file layout.conf.
If I just create a folder 'metadata' doesn´t it collide with the xml file?

Hope this is not the wrong place for asking layman questions.

No, metadata and metadata.xml are not identical so no collision.

This is a dupe of this thread, which has all the needed info to correct your problem.

Thanks and sorry for the dupe; I am kind of in a hurry these days.
Should have searched more.
