update to 3.10.7, fan control lost

Hi, the fan of my laptop always baffles me. This time, after I updated the kernel to 3.10.7, the fan can't be modulated properly. Here is the problem,

Firstly, I have to say that the fan control in my laptop never goes well. It can't start automatically. An alternative solution is to start it manually in /sys/class/thermal/... after booting. In the kernel 3.8.6 (I'm using now), it works well. but in the kernel 3.10.7, it can't be modulated correctly. when the temperature arrives the trip point 53 C, 63 C, it turns at the maximum speed, but it's fine when the temperature arrives at 73 C or maybe higher. I found the mark (new) following the FAN on the right when I configured the kernel. The kernel configuration is almost the same when I update the kernel.

I want to know if there is a solution? Thanks in advance.
