Hi,
jackEQ from the pro-audio overlay fails with
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.7.2/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: jackeq-plugin.o: undefined reference to symbol 'dlsym@@GLIBC_2.2.5'
/lib64/libdl.so.2: error adding symbols: DSO missing from command line
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [jackeq] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/media-sound/jackEQ-0.4.1/work/jackEQ-0.4.1/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/media-sound/jackEQ-0.4.1/work/jackEQ-0.4.1'
make: *** [all] Error 2
emake failed
anyone know what files exactly need to be modified to make it build ?
Many thanks in advance
P.S.: is there an alternative equalizer available for jackd ?
pulseaudio's own EQ is driving me crazy due to the approx. 1+ second delay when activated
so I'm trying to use pulse + jack + EQ from jack
edit:
jackEQ (and now jamin which just compiled fine)
both fail with segmentation fault (they don't even open up):
[ 4545.385210] jackeq[10672]: segfault at 7c629784 ip 00007f317a19c02d sp 00007fffb6f0b130 error 4 in libgobject-2.0.so.0.3600.4[7f317a166000+57000]
anyone else is using/trying to use jack stuff with latest gtk+ & dev-libs/glib ? _________________ https://github.com/kernelOfTruth/ZFS-for-SystemRescueCD/tree/ZFS-for-SysRescCD-4.9.0
