|
|
Since I read about kde removing the semantic-desktop flag I'd like to mask all things 4.11 to stop it being updated in the future when I run my daily emerge -uavDN world.
Can this be done with a single line in package.mask or would I have to do each package individually?
would this work?:
EDIT: wow. over 30 views and not so much as a yes or no answer. |

Quick answer: that will not work
Long answer: package.mask does not respect wildcards with version numbers. You could mask kde using kde-base/* but what you have will not work. You could used eix to generate a list, but I don't have time to figure out the proper command at the moment. _________________ First things first, but not necessarily in that order.
Apologies if I take a while to respond. I'm currently working on the dematerialization circuit for my blue box. |
